THE SPACE.
The Carriage Loft is light, airy and bright with an energizing and relaxing feel. This beautiful loft apartment is located above the detached garage behind the main house, making this space completely private at the back of the property. Completely remodeled and refurbished in 2021. The Loft is incredibly clean, all kitchen/bath items, linens, beds, sheets and towels are brand new, and great care is taken to ensure proper sanitation and thorough cleaning. Our loving restoration of the Tower respects its history with the modern luxury of a boutique hotel.
THE BEDROOMS.
The upstairs bedroom: a luxury boutique bedroom, sleep in the dreamy gold California king bed on a Stearns and Foster mattress. The unique design is part studio, part bedroom - a half wall gives privacy from the kitchen area and a great sense of space to your sleeping area. The space has a good energizing vibe for a great nights sleep. The Carriage Loft come equipped with an aircon unit & central heating.
The downstairs bedroom: as you enter the Carriage Loft downstairs, we have added a cozy double mattress. Just like upstairs, this unique design offers our guests privacy while still feeling open and connected to upstairs. The downstairs space also has a 32in TV and a desk and chair. All bedding is professionally laundered offsite. Both upstairs and downstairs have complete work spaces. WiFi is fiber, The Loft has its own mesh router - expect 50-60 Mbps down, 70-90 Mbps up.
THE LIVING AREA.
The Carriage Loft’s beautiful kitchen with its smart design means the foodie chef has everything they need. Equipped with retro fridge/freezer, compact oven, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Dining table that sits 4 comfortably. The Loft’s living room has a cozy L-shaped couch perfect for a movie night in. There is a TV in the kitchen and it's 55 inches HD, with Netflix, Hulu & HBO Max.
THE BATHROOM.
Just look at that huge stunning teal shower! Local organic shower gel, bubble bath, shampoo & conditioner provided. Stocked with plush bath towels, hand towels and organic bamboo disposable face towels. The Loft has a walk-in closet with adequate clothing storage. Stackable washer & dryer unit in the walk-in closet for guest use, organic detergent pods and dryer sheets provided.
THE OUTDOORS.
The Carriage Loft has its very own private entrance to the left of the main house at the back of the property. This secures a private, and peaceful getaway. Guests have access to The Carriage Loft’s very own garden and patio. This is a perfect space to enjoy an afternoon drink and dinner.
